Reviews and Ratings
Our recent stay had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the food and service left a lot to be desired. The pool area could use some cleaning, which detracted from the overall experience. However, there were some activities for the kids, so that was a plus!
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The spacious rooms were a highlight, but the maintenance and service left much to be desired. The location is good, being easily accessible, but the approach road is terrible. Dining options were okay, but definitely not worth the price.
I had an amazing stay at the resort in Igatpuri, where the atmosphere was quite surreal with lots of amenities like a swimming pool, game area, and even horse riding. The spacious rooms made our stay comfortable, but they could use some maintenance. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Nilesh and Ms. Meenakshi, who organized our corporate trip with great attention to detail. I definitely recommend this place for family or corporate trips, though the dining experience had some room for improvement.
My stay at Mystic Valley Resort was quite disappointing, especially for a place that claims to be a 4-star hotel. The rooms left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, with issues like dampness and poor lighting. While the food was enjoyable, the overall value didn't match the high expectations set by the pricing. The location is decent but not enough to salvage the experience.
I had a lovely family getaway at this resort. The spacious suite was a highlight with its cozy wooden paneling and large living area, easily accommodating four of us. The restaurant offered a diverse and delicious menu, making dining enjoyable. However, the room rates felt a bit steep, especially since we visited during Christmas weekend.
